Can I Return or Exchange My Order?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and carefully packaged. Please contact us before sending anything: support@morv.world.

Return shipping and all re-shipping costs are paid by the customer. If we issue a refund, original shipping costs are not refundable.
Do I Have to Pay Import Duties or Taxes?

Yes, in many countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. MORV is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
How Long Does It Take to Make My Pair?

Each pair is made to order. Production time is 2 week (business days may vary slightly depending on workload). We begin crafting after your order is confirmed.
Shipping: How Long Will Delivery Take?

After production, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days (depending on destination and local courier performance). Delivery time does not include possible customs processing.
Which Carriers Do You Use?

We ship worldwide from Ukraine via Ukrposhta, then your parcel is delivered by local courier services in your country. We also offer Express shipping via EMS where available.
Is Shipping Free?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is included in the product price.

If a return or exchange is needed, all return and re-shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping is not refunded.
