Refund policy

All MORV pieces are produced to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and not damaged in any way. Items must be carefully packaged and returned in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service. You are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the original item. Refund processing time: 5–10 business days. Refunds exclude any shipping or delivery-related costs and any fees.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange (for example, a size exchange), the buyer covers all shipping costs related to the exchange. We provide detailed measuring instructions and consult you before production to help you choose the best fit from the first attempt. If an exchange is still required, all shipments involved in the exchange are paid by the buyer.

Sizing information

To avoid sizing issues, we recommend that you tell us your usual standard size and compare it with our size chart. For the best fit, you can also share: (1) foot length; (2) foot width (narrow/standard/wide); (3) calf circumference (only if you know you may need extra room at the top). Natural materials will stretch slightly with wear. If the length feels right but the volume is snug, the fit usually settles after 1–2 weeks of active wear. If you want us to double-check sizing before production, contact support@morv.world.
How to measure foot length
Place your bare foot on a clean sheet of paper and trace the outline carefully. Measure from heel to the longest toe with a ruler. We can send a reference photo with instructions upon request.
